Terms of use

These terms cover your use of this site. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean ContentWorks (the trading name of Dan Jaques, a sole trader), the business that runs Northern Lights Escapes.

Who plans and books your trip

Northern Lights Escapes is run by ContentWorks in partnership with The JLT Group. Trips are planned and booked by our travel team at The JLT Group, who hold ATOL 12564. When you book, your contract is with The JLT Group, on its own booking conditions: [link to The JLT Group's booking conditions, to confirm before launch]. Read them before you pay.

Sending an enquiry or calling us does not commit you to anything.

Prices and dates on this site

The pages explain how a Northern Lights holiday is put together. Any price you see on a page is a dated figure from the source named beside it, never an offer from us. Your own quote comes from our travel team, for your own dates.

Every page carries the month it was last checked. No page promises you the lights. Odds and traveller figures on this site are a record of past winters and of what reviewers said, not a promise for any one night.

Information, not advice

The pages are general information, built from the sources named on each page. Check travel advice, entry rules and health guidance on GOV.UK close to your travel date, because they change.

Links to other sites

Pages link to the sources they use. We do not run those sites and are not responsible for what they say.

Using the site

You may read, print and share these pages for your own use. Please do not copy them onto another website, except the press data and widget, and photos, which carry their own licences.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

Changes

We may update these terms. The "Checked" date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
